Thinking....

So this last week has still been full of work but i did get my two days off and had a brillant time with my friend Jesse who came down from Kananaskis to ride with me. He even said I was a pretty good rider! Sweet! It's actually been raining on the mountain here a bit which sucks cos it makes the conditions very icey and terrible, but i went out boarding today and had the most wicked day. It's what we call a powder day! 40cms of fresh powder to play in and it go so deep that i was up to my knees in a few spots. The great thing about this is that it doesn't hurt when you fall at all!! Love it.

Still continuing to work alot, tommorrow is completing my 6 days of work in a row and all i get is a day off and then another 6 days. Good for the money but when there is powder out there i just don't want to be working at all.

I've also been thinking about coming back for Summer. I know i have to be back in May for my sister wedding but i would really like to experience the canadian summer and try and avoid the australian winter (again) if i could. It's just pretty expensive to come back again but does money really matter?? Yes and No. I have a visa here until November so why not take advantage of that? I would still really like to get some experience with horses so why not in Canada? Just have to think a few things through and look at some finances and personal things and work out what is best for me at the moment. But it would be nice to see the sun again! And be able to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Oh and get a tan! I'm going to look so pasty at this wedding compared to all you summer lovin people back in Perth.
